The Brain and Control:

Without Sufficient Knowledge,
Reason is Bounded,
There are no Valid Decisions,
There is No Control.
Consciousness is merely the brain feeding back on itself, to Achieve Control.
It is Inevitable.
Any Brain that has sufficient connections within itself will be concious of the interconnected systems.
It's the Only way you can "know that You know" - It's recursive.
Conciousness is merely a feedback loop.
