Levels of Thinking:
Lets look at Racism...
(or Any Other Form of Bias or Prejudice for that matter...)
All Information has Structure and Heiarchy.
At the highest level of thinking: We are All Human.
below that there are categories and differentiations, different attributes.
If You are Actively using one of them,
You are trying to justify your Own reasoning to fit the outcome that You Want.
That Difference just Does Not Exist at the top level.
That shows it is All about You and your Thinking,
and what you are Trying to Do,
and Not about the other Person or Thing.
