Which will then help to Stabilise Power requirements.

Remove ALL Built in Obsolescence.
It is Just Not Sustainable and Counter-Productive.
Design for Longevity, Reparability and Sustainability.
If something breaks, return it for a new one, so that it can be analysed as to why it failed, so that it can be designed Better.
